Add and Manage Client Contacts

Client Contacts are the individual people associated with a client such as the team members, decision-makers, or points of contact you communicate with on projects and quotes. Contacts are managed from the Contacts tab on the client record.

Navigating to Client Contacts

  1. Go to Clients and open the client you want to manage.
  2. Click the Contacts tab (address book icon).

The tab displays all existing contacts for that client in a table showing name, type, title, phone numbers, email, and notes.

If you client is a person then enter that person's name into the Client Name field.  Use the Contact for the details such as phone and email address.

Adding a New Contact

  1. On the Contacts tab, click New.
  2. An input row expands inline — fill in the contact's details (see fields below).
  3. Click Save.

The new contact appears in the table immediately without a page reload. Click Cancel to collapse the form without saving.
