Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Navigating to the Time Off Adjustment Section

To begin, navigate to the 'Time Off Adjustment'

  1. Log in to your account and find the Employee Time on the right hand navigation.
  2. Click on that menu item and then click on Time Off
  3. From the Time Off Requests page, click on the Accrual Bank near the top of the page.
  4. Next you can click on the "Adjustments" button near the top of the page.

Step 2: Creating a Time Off Adjustment

To create the time off adjustment for an employee:
  1. Click on the "New" button near the top of the page.
  2. Select your User and the Policy for this adjustment.
  3. Enter the adjustment date
  4. Enter the Adjusted Hours
  5. Enter the Reason for the adjustment.

Step 3: Reviewing Adjustment History

It's important to keep track of all time off adjustments to maintain transparency:

  1. Go to the Adjustments list
  2. Using the Employee drop down select the employee.
  3. Click the search button
  4. Click on any adjust to modify that adjustment.
