How to create a Site Map for my quote

By using Quote Pages you can include a Site Map in your quote to show the client the extents of the survey.

The first step in adding a site map to your quote would be to first find the quote you want to use.  You can reference our other knowledge base articles on how to create and edit and search for quotes.

Pro Tip:  You can use this same functionality to create a special Terms and Conditions for your quote.

Once you have quote open for editing you can find the Quote Pages tab on the Quote Edit page as shown in the screenshot below.

 

 

Once on the Quote Pages tab you will click the New button.

This will open a window allowing you to create a new Quote Page for this Quote.  This is where our site map will be placed.

Once we click Save the Quote Page Editor will display.

Then follow the steps below to insert an image.

  1. Click on the Insert tab.
  2. Next click on the Picture tab.  This will open a window allowing you to import an image into your page.
  3. Now your image should be imported into the Page.  Add any additional text you need to.
  4. Once everything looks good you can click on the File Tab as shown in the screenshot below.
  5. Then click on the Save button.

That is it.  This page will then be included in your Quote PDF when you Print to PDF.
