How to make a user active/inactive

This article shows you how to make an existing user active or inactive.

You must first find your user you wish to apply a Policy to.  You can do that through the Settings Menu and then clicking on Manage Users.  Then, find the user you wish to edit and click to edit that user.

From the Manage User Edit page you can find the field for Active as shown.

By checking this box you can set one of your users as Active or Inactive as needed.
