How to Set Up and Manage Email Accounts
This guide walks you through setting up and managing your email account within the application. You'll learn how to connect Gmail or Microsoft accounts, manage multiple accounts, handle errors, and understand the privacy and security behind the connection.
1. Getting Started: Accessing Email Account Setup
You can access the Email Account Setup page in two ways:
Method 1: From the User Menu

Click your username in the top-right corner.

Select Email Accounts from the dropdown.

Method 2: While Composing an Email
If no email account is connected:

A prompt appears when you try to send an email.

Click Connect Email Account to begin.

⚠️ Important: Each user must connect their own email account. Administrators cannot do this for you due to security and privacy policies.
2. Connecting a Gmail Account
Step-by-Step

Go to the Email Account Setup page.

Click Connect Gmail (red button).

Sign in to your Gmail account via the secure Google login page.
Note: Works with both personal Gmail (@gmail.com) and Google Workspace (@yourcompany.com).

Review the permissions and click Allow.

You will be redirected back to the setup page with a success message.

3. Connecting a Microsoft Account
