Quote Pages - What Are They

This article summarizes what a Quote Page is and possible examples of when to use them.

Quote Pages are available from the Quote Edit page.  It is an option on a tab as shown in the screenshot below:


Quote Pages are useful for including extra information to your quote that may not be on every quote you send out.  For instance, you could attach an aerial image to show extents of the survey.  Another example is to attach a special terms and conditions that may not be included in every quote. By using a Quote Page for this you have the ability to format that page as you need and include that quote page on quotes where it is needed.  

When you print your Quote to PDF using your PDF Layout the Quote Pages are automatically included as additional pages to the Quote itself.  This allows you even greater flexibility with your quotes.
