Report - Anticipated vs Actual Hours

This article describes the elements of the Anticipated vs Actual Hours report.

This report retrieves your scheduled items from the Task Scheduler over a specific date range.  Then displays any Employee Time entered for the same Date, Project Task and Employee.  This then compares the Anticipated Time as entered on the Task Scheduler to the Actual Hours Worked as entered by the Employee.

  1. This is the Scheduled Date from the Task Scheduler.
  2. Anticipated Time is as entered from the Task Scheduler.
  3. Hours Worked is time entered by the Employee for that Date and Task.
  4. Showing the Variance between Anticipated Time and Actual Hours Worked.
