Send Client Emails

If you haven't already done so, you will need to setup your email account as well as create an email template.  You can find links to those tutorials above.

The first step in sending out emails to your clients with Kudurru Stone is to go to the Clients menu item in the left navigation menu.

Then click on Client Emails.

Select your template.  If you do not see any template please see the tutorial referenced above for Adding an Email Template.

Then select a Client.  You will need to enter 2 or more characters for the list to populate with clients that match.  The more characters you enter the smaller your list of clients will be.  Once you see your client, select it.  The Select Contact should then populate with contacts for that client.

After selecting a client the Contact should populate with available contacts for the selected client.  If no contacts exist for that client you will be given an alert.

You will then select the contact you wish to send the email to.

The selected contact will populate as shown.  You can then go back to Step 3 to select another Client/Contact and continuing doing this until you have compile your complete list of client contacts you wish to send an email to.

After you have compiled your complete list of Client Contacts you wish to send this email to you can then enter your email account password.  Your email account password is not stored within Kudurru Stone so you will need to enter it every time you wish to send out emails from Kudurru Stone.

Once your password is entered you can click the Create button which will then send out an email to all contacts listed above.

If you were successful in sending out the emails you should get a message similar to what is shown below.

You should now be able to view those sent emails in your Sent folder in your email account.

Additionally, if you view a specific client you can see the specific emails sent to that client from Kudurru Stone
