Time off Accrual Bank

This article describes how to use the Time Off Accrual bank to understand where a user has time off requests

From the Time Off management page there is a button near the top right titled "Accrual Bank".  This accrual bank is where you can view a summary of a users time off requests.

Below is a summary of the main sections of the Accrual Bank Management area.

  1. Full Name:  This is the name of the user
  2. Policy Name:  This is the policy name for the data.
  3. Policy Hours:  The policy hours is the number of total hours this user has under this policy
  4. Hours Used:  The Hours Used is the number of hours that have been approved and the request dates are before the current date.
  5. Hours Scheduled:  The Hours Scheduled is the number of hours that have been approved and the request dates are after the current date.
  6. Total Hours Approved:  The Total Hours Approved would be the addition of Past and Future Approved Hours.  
  7. Hours Remaining:  The Hours Remaining is the Total Approved subtracted from the total available under the Policy for this user.  
  8. Hours Pending:  The Hours Pending would be the hours that are in requests that have yet to be approved/denied.
