# Add Project Notes from the Task Scheduler

## What is the simplest way to manage Project Notes from the Task Scheduler

### Introduction

It can be very helpful to quickly access Project Notes from the Task Scheduler.  Whether it is to find out the history of the project or possibly to quickly add a new note.

### Usage

You can easily see notes for a project from the Task Scheduler without the need to go find that project.  

From the Task Scheduler, click on the icon to the right of the Project Number.

This will then open a window that shows a quick view of your project.  Click on the Project Notes tab to access the notes for the Project.

Next from the Project Notes tab you can see all pervious notes as well as adding new notes.
